    Every website has to pay those fees.

    I originally paid the fees for the Arkansas State Square Dance
    Federation, and some of the officers were shocked about that. They
    said that "we'll pay the future fees" (webhosting, storage, security,
    etc.). The funny thing at a delegates meeting at the Fall Festival
    several years ago, the Treasurer had a slip of the tongue, and she
    meant to say they would may me $250 for the year 2020...but it came
    out like they were going to pay me $2,020!!

    I'm sure some folks about crapped their pants on that one. <G>

    She did correct herself, but that was a funny moment. By working
    in the background (since I can't drive or have a car anymore, due
    to dry corneas, causing blurred vision without warning), it still
    allows me to give back to the hobby.
