    The ARRL Executive Committee will meet at 1800 UTC on October 22 in closed virtual session. The panel's primary agenda item is arrangements for the Board of Directors' January 2021 meeting. The panel also will hear from Chief Executive Officer David Minster, NA2AA, and Washington Counsel David Siddall, K3ZJ.
