  • Quitting chats etc.

    Hello everybody!

    This is a bit embarassing, but I have been playing with the Guru at vertrauen and got trapped in the chat. As in, I didn't know how to quit.

    The user documentation says to use / to get a prompt and lists a set of commands, but those don't seem to work at all. It is very weird.

    How are you supposed to quit a chat session?

    looking at my data/guru.log, it appears that "BYE", "EXIT", and/or "/QUIT" will leave the guru chat... they may be case sensitive... i've not actually tested it in a while, though... this is only what i see in my log from other victims^H^H^H^H^Hsitors ;)

    Thanks, I just tried it. BYE did it.

    Consider this a hint that the documentation could be updated or that the BYE command could be hinted at when entering the chat. :-)

    Just talk to The Guru like you would any other person and he should respond accordingly. Don't prejudge him because he's artificial.
