Personally, I'm not as bothered about girls who may have been
a year or two underage as long as they were consenting. No real
harm done there if they were truly there voluntarily and not
forced to do anything they didn't agree to.
Consenting? Do you think as underage "kids" they had any choice

It depends where the information came from, what girls..
There was more going on there than many of us knew when this
story first came out, but at the time there seemed to be some
who talked to the press and had no complaints. Those showed up
later. If that was all B.S. then.. my bad..
And thinking of a 17 year old girl as an 'underage kid' might
not be quite accurate judging from some 17 year old girls I
dated when I was that age.. They corrupted me more than the
other way around.. B)
In a lot of cases I'd imagine the young ladies were quite happy
to be at these parties with all those famous people and some
who are coming out later are probably in many cases just after
the publicity or hoping for money now that it's out in the open.
They also may have been paid (tipped) at the time by those
rich guys..
If, as you say that they "were quite happy", it does seem unusual

Lots of teenagers do things that they would never want to admit
to later in public (or to anyone)... And the ones I am referring to
would be 17 or so, not 'little kids'..
But, again, I am only talking about girls who were there voluntarily
and briefly and didn't do anything they didn't consent to.
If there were few or none of those then.. again.. my bad.
But, as always, only the bad news gets reported and makes it onto
the news shows or into the papers. No one cares about the girls who
had no problem being there because it's harder to use them to place
the blame on others.
