    Hello All!

    Found a roast beast on sale at the local butcher with a 60% use today sticker on it. (Ended up being around $12 which is very cheap for beef around here)

    Cooked it to a perfect medium rare. Make a nice gravy from the drippings, some nice mash taters and brocolli (also on sale $0.79 for a crown).

    FIL and Andrea loved it. I thought it tasted good, I threw it up of course as I can't eat beef, but it was nice to see them enjoy it. ;)

    Today left overs and cottage cheese with protein powder sprinkled on it for me. :)
