    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Zippy Zucchini
    Categories: Zucchini
    Yield: 6 Cups

    1 c Onions; sliced
    2 tb Butter
    2 lb Zucchini; cut in thick
    - slices
    1 md Tomato; up to 2; peeled,
    - cut into wedges
    1 Env Italian dressing mix

    Saute onions in butter until lightly brown. Add zucchini & tomatoes;
    stir in salad dressing mix. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover &
    simmer about 10 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
