    Title: Camarones Con Jalapeno
    Categories: Mexican, Seafood
    Yield: 1 Batch

    2 lb Medium shrimp; unpeeled
    3 1/4 oz Jalapenos (1/2 can)
    5 cl Garlic; minced
    3 Limes; sliced
    1 1/2 Onions; chopped
    1 Box crab boil
    1/4 lb Salt
    1 tb Pepper

    Combine all ingredients with exception of the shrimp. Squeeze limes
    into pot, add the rinds--boil for 30 minutes. Add shrimp and boilf or
    7 to 10 minutes. Serve hot with cocktail sauce.
