MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Jalapeno Pie

Yield: 64 Servings

11 oz Can pickled jalapenos;
- sliced in strips
4 Eggs; beaten
10 oz Sharp Cheddar cheese; grated
1/2 ts Salt

Place pepper strips in bottom of a greased 8x8" baking dish. Spread
cheese evenly over the jalapenos. Add salt to beaten eggs, then pour
slowly over the cheese. Bake at 350?F for 30 minutes. Slice in 1"
squares--serve hot.
