Somehow I never, ever, thought of him a a "Mike". He was much to formal for that whilst being "jusk folks".
I didn't either. He seemed to be too refined for that. I never
thought of him being hoity-toity, more of a guy who had refined tastes.
I wish I'd had the chance to meet him in person before he passed.
I also consider myself extremely lucky from not dying from either of my heart attacks.
