    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Avocado Wasabi Sauce
    Categories: Sauces
    Yield: 1-1/2 cups

    1 md Ripe Hass avocado; peeled,
    - pitted
    1 Scallion; minced
    1/2 c Vegan mayonnaise
    2 tb Fresh lemon juice
    1 tb Fresh cilantro or parsley;
    - chopped
    2 ts Wasabi paste
    1 ts Toasted sesame oil
    1 ts Low-sodium tamari

    Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and
    process until smooth.

    Transfer to a tightly covered cotainer and refrigerate. This sauce is
    best used within an hour or so after it is made. Serve chilled or at
    room temperature.
