Title: Copycat Olive Garden Salad & Dressing

8 c Torn romaine
2 Plum tomatoes; sliced
1 c Pitted ripe olives
1 c Caesar salad croutons
1/2 md Red onion; in rings
1/2 c Shredded Parmesan cheese
1 sm Carrot; shredded
8 To 10 pepperoncini
MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
2/3 c Olive oil
2 tb Water
3 tb White vinegar
2 tb Mayonnaise
1 oz Env zesty Italian salad
- dressing mix
2 ts Dijon mustard
1/2 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Cracked black pepper
In a salad bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Whisk
the dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and toss to
coat. If desired, top with additional shredded Parmesan
cheese and cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.
