    Hi, everyone,

    A few minor changes:

    - I have added Mike Powell (1:2320/105) on as an echo co-moderator officially because with my ill health, I want to make sure there's continuity of moderators. Learned my lesson from Mr. Loo and my own heart attacks.

    - A few minor changes to the echo rules and the echo:
    - I have renamed the echo to the International Cooking Echo. Hopefully more people will participate.
    - Added Mike Powell as co-moderator.
    - Added to rule #10 about proprietary BBS color codes are not to be used in messages in this echo.
