1/2 c Olive oil
1 cl Garlic; minced
2 tb Onion; minced
2 c Zucchini; diced
2 c Corn
2 c Cooked lima beans
1 Green pepper; minced
1 Red sweet pepper; minced
Salt & pepper
Heat oil and saute garlic and onion. Add remaining ingredients.
Season and simmer covered for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika, if
desired.
