3 md Zucchini
1/4 c Oil
2 tb Vinegar
2 tb Sugar
Sweet basil;
- chopped, to taste
Salt & pepper
Cut zucchini into 1/2" rounds or strips. Saute in oil until lightly
brown and soft; remove. Add remaining ingredients to pan and simmer
for 3 minutes. Season.
