Hi all,
New builds of LORD FP (DOS, Linux and Windows) and LORD Server 1.4.2
for Windows are out.
What's fixed:
- The weapon and armour shops showed two lists of numbers, one two
lines below the other. The shop screens from LORD 4.06's
LORDTXT.DAT already contain the list, and the game was drawing its
own list over them as well. Now only the 4.06 list is shown.
Nothing else has changed. Your player files and settings are not
affected.
Updating:
- LORD FP for Linux: replace the "lord" program in your game folder
with the one from LORDFPL.ZIP. lordcfg has not changed.
- LORD FP for DOS: replace LORD.EXE and LORDFP.STR from LORDFP.ZIP.
Copy both files; the program and LORDFP.STR must match.
- LORD FP for Windows: replace lord.exe from LORDFPW.ZIP.
- LORD Server: run LORDSRV-1.4.2-setup.exe (or the MSI) over your
install. It keeps your games, accounts and settings. If you use
the zip, stop the server and copy lordsrv.exe, lord.exe and
lordcfg.exe over the old ones.
Do it when nobody is in the game.
