MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Campers' Coleslaw
Categories: Salads, Vegetables, Greens
Yield: 12 servings

1 1/2 c Sugar
3/4 c White vinegar
3/4 c Olive oil
1 tb Salt
1 ts Celery seed
1 md Head cabbage; shredded
1 lg Onion; chopped
1 md Bell pepper; chopped

In a small saucepan, combine first five ingredients.
Bring to a boil; cook and stir until sugar is dissolved,
1-2 minutes. Remove from heat; cool completely.

In a large bowl, toss vegetables with dressing.
Refrigerate, covered, until cold. Serve with a slotted
spoon.
