      Title: Pork Cabbage Stir-Fry
 Categories: Pork, Greens, Vegetables, Rice, Wine
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      4 ts Cornstarch
  1 1/2 ts Sugar
    1/4 c  White wine
      3 tb Soy sauce
      1 lb Boneless pork; in 2" strips
      4 ts Oil
      1 c  Thin sliced carrots
      2 cl Garlic; minced
      1 ts Ground ginger
  1 1/2 lb Napa cabbage; thin sliced
           Hot cooked rice
           Sesame seeds; opt
 
  In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch and sugar. Stir
  in wine or broth and soy sauce until smooth.
  
  In a large nonstick skillet or wok, stir-fry pork in oil
  until no longer pink. Add the carrots, garlic and
  ginger; stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add cabbage; stir-fry
  until cabbage is wilted.
  
  Stir soy sauce mixture; add to the skillet. Bring to a
  boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  Serve with rice. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
