      Title: Oven-Baked Bone-In Pork Chops

      Yield: 4 servings
      4    (7 oz ea) bone-in pork loin
           - chops
      1 ts Paprika
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Onion powder
    1/4 ts Pepper
      2 tb Olive oil
           Chopped fresh parsley; opt
  Set oven @ 375+|F/190+|C.
  In a small bowl, combine paprika, salt, pepper and onion
  powder together. Rub the spice mix over both sides of
  the pork chops.
  In a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet, heat
  oil over medium-high heat. Be sure the skillet and oil
  are hot before adding the pork so you can get a great
  golden color.
  Transfer the pork chops to the oven and bake, uncovered,
  about 20 to 25 minutes. Learn how to bake pork chops.
  Let the pork chops stand for 5 minutes before serving;
  you can tent the pork with foil to keep warm. This will
  make the pork chops even more tender and juicy when you
  slice into it. If desired, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
