      Title: Spicy Shrimp w/Rice

      Yield: 8 servings
 
      1 lg Onion; fine chopped
      1 lg Bell pepper; chopped
      1 tb Olive oil
      3 cl Garlic; minced
      8 oz Can tomato sauce
    1/2 c  Chicken broth
    1/2 c  Minced fresh parsley
      4 oz Diced pimientos; drained
      2 tb Louisiana-style hot sauce
    1/4 ts Onion salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
      2 lb Uncooked U-30 shrimp;
           - peeled, deveined
  5 2/3 c  Hot cooked rice
 
  In a large skillet, saute the onion and green pepper in
  oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir
  in the tomato sauce, broth, parsley, pimientos, hot
  sauce, onion salt and pepper.
  
  Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10
  minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in shrimp; cook 5-7
  minutes longer or until shrimp turn pink. Serve with
  rice.
