      Title: Curry Shrimp Linguine

      Yield: 6 servings
 
     16 oz Linguine
      3 ts Curry powder
 13 2/3 oz Light coconut milk
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
  1 1/4 lb Uncooked U-50 shrimp; peeled
           - deveined
    1/3 c  Minced fresh cilantro
 
  Cook linguine according to package directions.
  Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, toast
  curry powder for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in
  the milk, salt and pepper.
  
  Bring to a boil. Add shrimp; cook until shrimp turn
  pink, 5-6 minutes. Drain linguine; toss with shrimp
  mixture and cilantro.
