      Title: Shrimp Tartlets
 Categories: Seafood, Appetizers, Cheese, Citrus, Pastry
      Yield: 30 servings
 
      8 oz Cream cheese; softened
  1 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
      2 ts Grated onion
      1 ts Garlic salt
    1/8 ts Lemon juice
      2 pk Frozen miniature phyllo tart
           - shells
    1/2 c  Seafood cocktail sauce
     30    Peeled, deveined, cooked
           - U-40 shrimp; tails off
           Minced fresh parsley; opt
           Lemon wedges; opt
 
  Beat the first 5 ingredients until blended. Place tart
  shells on a serving plate. Fill with cream cheese
  mixture; top with cocktail sauce and shrimp.
  
  Refrigerate until serving. If desired, sprinkle with
  parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
