Title: Pineapple Chicken Casserole

Yield: 4 servings

2 c Diced, cooked chicken
10 1/2 oz Can cream of mushroom soup;
- undiluted
1 c Pineapple tidbits
2 Celery ribs; chopped
1 tb Chopped green onion
1 tb Soy sauce
3 oz Can chow mein noodles;
- divided

Set oven @ 350+|F/175+|C.

In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Fold
in 1 cup chow mein noodles.

Transfer to a greased, shallow, 2 quartt baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining noodles. Bake, uncovered, until
heated through, 20-25 minutes. If desired, top with
additional green onions.
