MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: No-Bake Monster Cookies

Yield: 12 servings

2 c Old-fashioned or quick
- oatmeal
1/4 ts Fine sea salt
1/2 c Natural peanut butter
1/4 c Pure maple syrup
1 ts Pure vanilla extract
2 tb Mini chocolate chips
2 tb Mini M&Ms

Add the oatmeal to the bowl of a food processor or
blender and process until fine flour forms.

Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and use a
spatula to stir together. If the dough seems a bit
crumbly, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water.

Use a 1-tablespoon scoop or two spoons to form 1" balls.
Set the balls in a freezer-safe container.

Freeze the balls for at least 30 minutes to allow them
to set up. Eat them directly from the freezer or let
thaw for 20 minutes.
