      Title: Tater Tot Hot Dish
Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Cheese, Potatoes, Herbs
      Yield: 6 servings
1 lb 90% lean ground beef
    1/2 c Chopped onion
    1/3 c Sliced celery
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of celery soup;
           - undiluted
16 oz Bag frozen Tater Tots
      1 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
           Chopped fresh parsley or
           - chives; opt
In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and celery over
medium heat for about 10 minutes, breaking apart the
meat as it browns. Cook until the beef is no longer pink
and the vegetables are tender; drain as needed. Stir in
  the salt and pepper.
Grease a 2 to 3 quart baking dish and spoon in the meat
mixture, spreading it in an even layer. Spread the soup
evenly over the meat. Top with frozen potatoes.
Slide the dish into a 400+|F/205+|C oven and bake,
uncovered, for about 40 minutes, until bubbly. If the
potatoes brown unevenly, rotate the dish halfway through
  the cooking time.
Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the top with
the cheese. Bake for another 5 minutes, until the cheese
is melted. If desired, top with parsley or chives before
  serving.
