Title: Shake & Bake Pork Chops
 Categories: Pork, Breads, Vegetables, Herbs
      Yield: 8 servings

  1 1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
      2 ts Paprika
  1 1/2 ts Salt
    3/4 ts Garlic powder
    1/2 ts Celery salt
    1/2 ts Onion powder
    1/2 ts Dried parsley flakes
    1/4 ts Pepper
      8 (1/2" thick) bone-in pork
           - loin chops
      2 tb Oil

  Set oven @ 425ºF/218ºC.

Mix bread crumbs, paprika, salt, garlic powder, celery
salt, onion powder, dried parsley flakes and pepper in
  large, resealable plastic bag.

Pat dry each pork chop with a paper towel. Brush both
sides of the pork chops with oil.

Add one pork chop to the bag. Close the bag, trapping
some air in it, and shake vigorously for about 10
seconds. Place the pork chop on a parchment-lined baking
sheet. Repeat this step with each pork chop, shaking
each chop one at a time.

Bake for about 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.

NOTE: If you’re making this recipe over and over again
but want to switch up the spices, we got you! We
  recommend making a Cajun-inspired shake-and-bake pork
chop recipe by using your favorite Cajun seasoning blend
in place of the herbs and spices in this recipe. You
could also try barbecue flavors with brown sugar, chili
powder, cumin, mustard powder and ground coriander. Or,
go Italian-style with a few tablespoons of Italian
seasoning and a big sprinkling of Parmesan.
