      Title: Southwest Fish Tacos
 Categories: Seafood, Herbs, Greens, Breads, Citrus
      Yield: 4 servings
 
  1 1/2 lb Sole or cod fillets; in 1"
           - strips
      1 tb Taco seasoning
      3 tb Butter; diced
     10 oz Bag angel hair coleslaw mix
    1/2 c  Minced fresh cilantro
    1/2 c  Mayonnaise
      1 tb Lime juice
      1 ts Sugar
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
      8    Taco shells; warmed
           Lime wedges
 
  Sprinkle fish with taco seasoning. In a large skillet,
  heat butter over medium heat; add fish. Cook until fish
  just begins to flake easily with a fork, 3-4 minutes on
  each side.
  
  Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine coleslaw, cilantro,
  mayonnaise, lime juice, sugar, salt and pepper.
  
  Place fish in tortillas. Top with coleslaw mixture;
  serve with lime wedges.
