MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Hoisin & Honey Glazed Salmon
 Categories: Seafood, Vegetables, Herbs, Wine
      Yield: 4 servings
 
    1/2 c  Balsamic vinegar
      2 tb White wine
      2 tb Dijon mustard
      2 tb Honey
      5 cl Garlic; minced
      1 tb Olive oil
      8    (6 oz ea) salmon fillets
    1/2 ts (ea) salt & pepper
      1 tb Minced fresh oregano
 
  Combine the first 6 ingredients in a small saucepan.
  Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 4-5 minutes or until
  thickened.
  
  Place salmon skin side down on a greased 15x10x1-in.
  baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spoon glaze
  over salmon; top with oregano.
  
  Bake, uncovered, @ 400┬║F/205┬║C until fish flakes easily
  with a fork, 12-15 minutes.
