      Title: Slow Cooker Chilli Mac
 Categories: Beef, Pasta, Beans, Chilies, Vegetables
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 lb 90% lean ground beef; cooked
           - drained
     32 oz (2 cans) hot chilli beans;
           - undrained
      2 lg Bell peppers; chopped
      1 lg Onion; chopped
      4    Celery ribs; chopped
      8 oz Can tomato sauce
      2 tb Chilli seasoning mix
      2 cl Garlic; minced
      7 oz Elbow macaroni; cooked,
           - drained
           Salt & pepper
           Shredded pepper jack cheese;
           - opt
           Sliced jalapeno pepper; opt
 
  In a 5 qt. slow cooker, combine the first 8 ingredients.
  Cook, covered, on low for 6 hours or until heated
  through. Stir in macaroni. Season with salt and pepper.
  If desired, top servings with cheese and sliced
  jalapenos.
