      Title: Cornbread Dressing w/Oysters

      8 c  (to 10 c) coarsely crumbled
           - cornbread
      2 sl White bread; toasted, torn
           - in small pieces
      2 lg Hard-boiled eggs; chopped
      2 c  Chopped celery
      1 c  Chopped onion
      1 pt Shucked oysters; drained,
           - chopped

     16 oz (2 cans) whole oysters;
           - drained, chopped
    1/2 c  Egg substitute
      1 ts Poultry seasoning
      5 c  (to 6 c) turkey or chicken
           - broth
 
  Combine the first eight ingredients in a large bowl.
  Stir in enough broth to make the mixture very wet. Pour
  into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish or shallow 3-qt.

  Bake, uncovered, @ 400-|F/205-|C for 45 minutes or until
  lightly browned.
