      Title: Creamy Reuben Casserole

     14 oz Can sauerkraut; rinsed, well
           - drained
  1 1/4 c  Chopped, cooked, corned beef
      1 c  Sour cream
      1 sm Onion; chopped
      1    Garlic clove, minced
      1 c  Shredded Swiss cheese
      2 sl Rye bread; in cubes
      2 tb Butter; melted
 
  Set oven @ 350-|F/175-|C.
  
  In a large bowl, combine sauerkraut, corned beef, sour
  cream, onion and garlic.
  
  Transfer to a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Sprinkle
  with the cheese and bread cubes; drizzle with butter.
  Bake, uncovered, until heated through and the cheese is
  melted, 25-30 minutes.
