      Title: Slow-Cooker Reuben Spread
 Categories: Vegetables, Cheese, Beef
      Yield: 15 servings
 
     14 oz Can sauerkraut; rinsed, well
           Drained
      8 oz Cream cheese; diced
      2 c  Shredded Ementhal cheese
      3 oz Bag deli corned beef;
           - chopped
      3 tb Thousand Island salad
           - dressing
           Snack rye bread or crackers
 
  In a 1 1/2 qt. slow cooker, combine the first 5
  ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or
  until cheeses are melted; stir to blend. Serve warm
  with bread or crackers.
