      Title: Reuben Spread
 Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Cheese, Breads
      Yield: 40 servings
 
  2 1/2 c  Diced, cooked, corned beef
     14 oz Can sauerkraut; rinsed, well
           - drained
      2 c  Shredded Ementhal cheese
      2 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
      1 c  Mayonnaise
           Snack rye bread
 
  In a 3 qt. slow cooker, combine the first 5 ingredients.
  Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until heated
  through and cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
  Serve warm with rye bread.
