      Title: Easy Glazed Salmon
 Categories: Five, Seafood, Fruits
      Yield: 4 servings
 
    1/3 c  Packed brown sugar
    1/4 c  Unsweetened pineapple juice
      2 tb Soy sauce
      4    (6 oz ea) salmon fillets
 
  Line a 15" X 10" X 1" baking pan with foil; grease the
  foil. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar,
  pineapple juice and soy sauce. Place salmon skin side
  down on prepared pan. Spoon sauce mixture over fish.
  
  Bake, uncovered, @ 350ºF/175ºC for 20-25 minutes or
  until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting frequently
  with pan juices.
