MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Cheeseburger Nachos
 Categories: Beef, Potatoes, Cheese, Vegetables, Pork
      Yield: 8 servings
 
     22 oz Bag frozen waffle fries
      1 lb Ground beef
    2/3 c  Water
      1 oz Env taco seasoning
      1 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
      8 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled
    1/2 c  Dill pickle slices
    3/4 c  Shredded lettuce
      1 md Tomato; seeded, chopped
    1/4 c  Secret burger sauce
    1/4 c  Ketchup
      1 tb Prepared mustard
 
  Bake fries according to package directions. Meanwhile,
  in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no
  longer pink, 5-7 minutes, breaking into crumbles; drain.
  Return to pan. Add water and taco seasoning. Cook and
  stir until sauce thickens, about 3 minutes.
  
  Transfer fries to a 10" cast-iron or other ovenproof
  skillet. Top with seasoned ground beef, shredded cheese
  and bacon. Return to oven until cheese is melted, about
  5 minutes. Top with pickles, lettuce and tomato. Drizzle
  with secret sauce, ketchup and mustard.
