Title: Cheeseburger Skillet Dinner

7 1/4 oz Box macaroni & cheese
1 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Chopped onion
16 oz Bag frozen mixed vegetables
1/3 c Ketchup
1/4 c Water
1/2 ts Prepared mustard
1/4 ts Garlic powder
3/4 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper

Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown the beef with the
onion; drain. Stir in vegetables, ketchup, water,
mustard and garlic powder. Cook until vegetables are
crisp-tender, about 10 minutes. Add cheddar cheese and
stir until melted. Mix in macaroni and cheese. Season
with salt and pepper.
