MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Meat Loaf Muffins

Yield: 6 servings

1 lg Egg; lightly beaten
1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
1/2 c Fine chopped onion
1/2 c Fine chopped bell pepper
1/4 c Barbecue sauce
1 1/2 lb 90% lean ground beef
3 tb Ketchup
Additional ketchup; opt

Set oven @ 375-|F/190-|C.

Mix the first 5 ingredients. Add beef; mix lightly but
thoroughly. Press about 1/3 cupful into each of 12
ungreased muffin cups.

Bake 15 minutes. Brush tops of loaves with 3 tablespoons
ketchup; bake 5-7 minutes.

If desired, serve with additional ketchup.
