      Title: Easy Pepper Steak
 Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Sauces, Rice
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 lb Beef top round; in 1/4" X 2"
           - strips
      1 tb Paprika
      2 tb Butter
 10 1/2 oz Can beef broth
      2 cl Garlic; minced
      2 md Bell peppers; in strips
      1 c  Thin sliced onion
      2 tb Cornstarch
      2 tb Soy sauce
    1/3 c  Cold water
      2    Fresh tomatoes; peeled, in
           - wedges
           Cooked rice
 
  Sprinkle meat with paprika. In a large skillet, melt
  butter over medium-high heat. Brown beef. Add broth and
  garlic. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
  
  Add green peppers and onion. Cover and continue to
  simmer for 5 minutes.
  
  Combine cornstarch, soy sauce and water; stir into meat
  mixture. Cook and stir until thickened. Gently stir in
  tomatoes and heat through. Serve over rice.
