      Title: Skillet Bow Tie Lasagna
 Categories: Pasta, Beef, Cheese, Herbs
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 lb Ground beef
      1 sm Onion; chopped
      1 cl Garlic; minced
 14 1/2 oz Can diced tomatoes;
           - undrained
  1 1/2 c  Water
      6 oz Can tomato paste
      1 tb Dried parsley flakes
      2 ts Dried oregano
      1 ts Salt
  2 1/2 c  Uncooked bow tie pasta
    3/4 c  Cottage cheese
    1/4 c  Grated Parmesan cheese
 
  In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, cook beef,
  onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  Add the tomatoes, water, tomato paste, parsley, oregano
  and salt. Stir in pasta; bring to a boil. Reduce heat;
  cover and simmer until pasta is tender, 20-25 minutes,
  stirring once.
  
  Combine cheeses; drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto
  pasta mixture. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. If desired,
  sprinkle with additional dried oregano.
