      Title: White Chilli With A Kick

      Yield: 9 servings
 
      1 lg Onion; chopped
      6 tb Butter; cubed
      2 tb A-P flour
      2 c  Chicken broth
    3/4 c  Half & Half cream
      1    Rotisserie chicken; in
           - bite-sized pieces
     30 oz (2 cans) cannellini beans;
           - rinsed, drained
     11 oz White corn; drained
      8 oz (2 cans) chopped green
           - chilies
      2 ts Ground cumin
      1 ts Chilli spice mix
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts White pepper
    1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce
  1 1/2 c  Shredded pepper jack cheese
           Salsa; opt
           Chopped green onions; opt
 
  In a Dutch oven, saute onion in butter. Stir in flour
  until blended; cook and stir until golden brown, about 3
  minutes. Gradually add broth and cream. Bring to a boil;
  cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  
  Add the chicken, beans, corn, chiles, cumin, chili
  powder, salt, pepper and pepper sauce; heat through.
  Stir in cheese until melted.
  
  If desired, garnish each serving with salsa and green
  onions.
