MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Steak & Beer Chilli

      1 lb Boneless beef chuck; diced
      2 tb Oil; divided
      1 lb Uncooked bratwurst links;
           - sliced
      1 md Onion; chopped
      4 cl Garlic; minced
 43 1/2 oz (3 cans) diced tomatoes
           - w/green chilies; undrained
     32 oz (2 cans) Brooks chilli hot
           - beans; undrained
     12 oz Beer; NOT LITE

  1 1/2 c  Beef broth
 14 3/4 oz Can cream-style corn
      8 oz Can pizza sauce
    1/2 ts Chilli spice mix
    1/2 ts Ground cumin
    1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
           Sour cream; opt
 
  In a Dutch oven, brown steak in 1 tablespoon oil. Remove
  and keep warm.
  
  Add the bratwurst, onion and remaining oil to the pan;
  cook and stir over medium heat until sausage is no
  longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.
  
  Return steak to the pan. Stir in the tomatoes, beans,
  beer, corn, pizza sauce, chilli powder, cumin and pepper
  flakes.
  
  Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until
  heated through, 25-30 minutes. Serve with sour cream if
  desired.
