      Title: Tasty Taco Chopped Salad
 Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Cheese, Beans, Greens
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 lb 90% lean ground beef
      1 oz Env taco seasoning
    2/3 c  Water
     15 oz Can Ranch Style beans
      1    Head iceberg lettuce;
           - chopped
      1 c  Shredded Colby-Monterey Jack
           - cheese
      1 lg Tomato; chopped
      2 c  Corn chips
    1/2 c  Catalina salad dressing
 
  In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium
  heat until no longer pink, 6-8 minutes; drain. Stir in
  taco seasoning, water and beans; bring to a boil. Reduce
  heat; simmer, uncovered, until thickened, 3-4 minutes,
  stirring occasionally.
  
  Serve remaining ingredients in separate bowls; add as
  desired.
