Title: Cherry Chocolate Chunk Cookies

1/2 c Butter; softened
3/4 c Sugar
1 lg Egg; room temp
2 tb Milk
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1 c A-P flour
6 tb Baking cocoa
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Semisweet chocolate chunks
1/2 c Dried cherries

Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7
minutes. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla. In a separate
bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt;
gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate
and cherries.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto baking
sheets lightly coated with cooking spray. Bake until
firm, 12-14 minutes. Cool for 1 minute before removing
to a wire rack.
