Title: Pork Chops & Applesauce

4 Bone-in pork loin chops(1/2"
- thick / 7 ounces ea
1 c Unsweetened applesauce
1/4 c Packed brown sugar
1 tb Barbecue sauce
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/2 ts (ea) salt & pepper

Set oven @ 350-|F/175-|C.

Place pork chops in a large cast-iron or other ovenproof
skillet. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl;
spoon over chops.

Bake, uncovered, 20-25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes
before serving.
