      Title: Roasted Brussels Sprouts w/Sriracha Aioli
 Categories: Vegetables, Chilies, Citrus
      Yield: 8 servings
 
     16    Fresh Brussels sprouts;
           - trimmed, halved
      2 tb Olive oil
      4 ts Sriracha chile sauce;
           - divided
    1/2 ts Salt; divided
    1/2 ts Pepper;l divided
    1/2 c  Mayonnaise
      2 ts Lime juice
      1 tb Lemon juice
 
  Set oven @ 425ºF/218ºC.
  
  Place Brussels sprouts on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle
  with oil and 1 teaspoon chile sauce; sprinkle with 1/4
  teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Toss to coat.
  Roast until crispy, 20-25 minutes.
  
  Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and lime juice and the
  remaining 3 teaspoons chile sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt
  and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Drizzle lemon juice over
  Brussels sprouts before serving with the aioli.
