      Title: Chilli-Topped Cornbread Waffles

      Yield: 8 servings
 
  1 1/2 c  Gluten-free A-P baking
           Flour; w/o xanthan gum
  1 1/2 c  Cornmeal
      2 ts Baking powder
      1 ts Sea salt
      2 lg Eggs; room temperature
      2 c  Milk
    1/2 c  Olive oil
     30 oz (2 cans) Ray's chilli
           - w/beans
           +=OR=+
      4 c  Leftover chilli; warmed
MMMMM--------------------------TOPPINGS-------------------------------
           Jalapeno slices
           Shredded Cheddar cheese
           Sour cream
           Diced avocado
           Minced fresh cilantro
 
  Fire up waffle maker. In a large bowl, whisk flour,
  cornmeal, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk
  eggs, milk and oil until blended. Add to dry
  ingredients; stir just until moistened. Bake waffles
  according to manufacturerrCOs directions until golden
  brown.
  
  Serve with chilli and toppings of your choice.
