      Title: Pork Meat Loaf
 Categories: Pork, Breads, Vegetables, Herbs, Cheese
      Yield: 10 servings
 
      2 lg Eggs; lightly beaten
    3/4 c  Cracker or bread crumbs
    1/2 c  Milk
    1/2 c  + 2 tb grated Parmesan
           Cheese; divided
    1/4 c  Fine chopped onion
      1 ts Worcestershire sauce
      1 ts Garlic salt
      1 ts Italian seasoning; divided
      2 lb Ground pork
    1/4 c  Ketchup
           Chopped fresh parsley; opt
 
  In a large bowl, combine the eggs, bread crumbs, milk,
  1/2 cup cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt
  and 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Crumble pork over
  mixture and mix well. Shape into 10 individual loaves.
  
  Place on a rack in a greased large shallow baking pan.
  Spread ketchup over loaves; sprinkle with remaining
  cheese and Italian seasoning.
  
  Bake, uncovered @ 350ºF/175ºC for 45-55. If desired,
  serve with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan
  cheese.
