      Title: Quinoa-Pear Breakfast Bake

      Yield: 2 servings
 
      1 c  Water
    1/4 c  Quinoa; rinsed
    1/4 c  Mashed peeled ripe pear
      1 tb Honey
    1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
    1/4 ts Vanilla extract
        ds Ground ginger
        ds Ground nutmeg

    1/4 c  Sliced almonds
      1 tb Brown sugar
      1 tb Butter; softened
           Plain Greek yogurt; opt
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  In a small bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients;
  transfer to a greased 3-cup baking dish. Cover and bake
  for 50 minutes. In another small bowl, combine almonds,
  brown sugar and butter; sprinkle over quinoa mixture.
  
  Bake, uncovered, until lightly browned, 5-10 minutes
  longer. Let stand 10 minutes
