      Title: Tortellini w/Asparagus & Lemon

      Yield: 4 servings
 
     18    Ounces(2 bags) refrigerated
           - cheese tortellini
      3 tb Butter
      1 tb Olive oil
      2 c  Cut fresh asparagus in 2"
           - pieces
      3 cl Garlic; minced
    1/8 ts Pepper
      2 ts Chopped chives
      1 ts Minced fresh parsley
    1/2 ts Chopped fresh dill
    1/2 ts Grated lemon zest
      2 tb Lemon juice
    2/3 c  Crumbled feta cheese
    1/3 c  Grated Parmesan cheese
 
  Cook tortellini according to package directions.
  Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat butter and oil over
  medium-high heat. Add asparagus; cook and stir 3-4
  minutes or until crisp-tender. Add garlic and pepper;
  cook 1 minute longer.
  
  Remove from heat; stir in herbs, lemon zest and lemon
  juice. Drain tortellini; transfer to a large bowl. Stir
  in cheeses and asparagus mixture.
