      Title: Sticky Maple-Pepper Glazed Chicken Wings

      Yield: 10 servings
 
      4 lb Chicken wings
    1/4 c  A-P flour
    1/2 tb Baking powder
      1 ts (ea) coarse ground pepper &
           - kosher salt
    1/2 ts Garlic powder
MMMMM---------------------------GLAZE--------------------------------
    2/3 c  Maple syrup
      2 ts Coarse ground pepper
      2 ts Soy sauce
      1 cl Garlic; minced
           Chopped green onions; opt
 
  Set oven @ 425ºF/218ºC425ºF/218ºC.
  
  Line two 15" X 10" X 1" baking pans with foil and coat
  with cooking spray; set aside.
  
  Using a sharp knife, cut through the 2 wing joints;
  reserve wing tips forr mnaking stock. In a shallow bowl,
  combine flour, baking powder, pepper, salt and garlic
  powder. Add wing pieces, a few at a time, and toss to
  coat; shake off excess.
  
  Place on prepared baking sheets. Bake until no longer
  pink, 40-50 minutes, turning once. Meanwhile, in a small
  saucepan, combine glaze ingredients. Bring to a boil.
  Reduce heat; simmer until thickened, 5-7 minutes,
  stirring frequently. Drizzle over wings; toss to coat.
  If desired, top with chopped green onions.
