      Title: Avocado Deviled Eggs

      6 lg Eggs
    1/4 c  White vinegar
MMMMM--------------------------FILLING-------------------------------
    1/2    Avocado
      1 ts Sweet pickle relish
    1/2 ts Mustard
    1/8 ts Garlic powder
    1/8 ts Onion powder
    1/8 ts (ea) salt & pepper
      6    Cherry tomatoes; halved
      2 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
 
  In a medium pot, cover eggs with water and add vinegar.
  Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  
  Remove from heat, cover and let stand 12 minutes.
  Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let cool completely.
  Peel and halve eggs. Transfer yolks to a medium bowl and
  thoroughly mash with a fork.
  
  In a medium bowl with mashed yolks, add avocado, relish,
  mustard, garlic and onion powders, salt and black
  pepper. Stir until thoroughly combined, then pipe or
  spoon into egg halves.
  
  Top eggs with halved cherry tomatoes and cilantro
  
  Makes: 12 pieces, 6 servings
